Every night, little Neha looked out of her bedroom window and waved at the bright moon.
One evening, dark clouds covered the sky. “Oh no!” Neha said sadly. “The moon has disappeared.”
Her grandfather smiled and replied, “The moon is still there. The clouds are only hiding it.”
Neha waited patiently. After a while, the clouds slowly moved away, and the shining moon appeared again.
It seemed as if the moon was smiling at her.
Neha whispered, “Thank you for coming back.”
She imagined the moon saying, “Even when you can’t see me, I never stop shining. Remember, hope is like the moon. It is always there, even on cloudy days.”
Neha went to bed feeling peaceful and happy, knowing that difficult moments never last forever.
